About the Council
The CouncilWelcome to the Motor Carrier Passenger Council of Canada (MCPCC) website. We are the first and only national human resources, research, accrediting and certifying body uniting diverse industry stakeholders (five bus sectors, labour, education and governments). Our purpose is to identify and address sector-critical human resources issues impacting our society, the economy, the environment, technology and innovation. In partnership with Employment and Social Development Canada, we provide labour market information, programs and resources promoting careers, professionalism and skills development.
Our PartnersCouncil members work directly with companies, employees, associations, educational institutions and governments on a wide variety of interests, including sector-specific labour market information (LMI), National Occupational Standards, training and education programs, leading to Accreditation and Certification.
